Clear The Air devices are designed to be self-installed in minutes - no tools, no engineer and no IT involvement required. For larger deployments we also offer a professional installation service.
Self Installation
Every Clear The Air device ships pre-configured with an integrated eSIM and NB-IoT connectivity. There is nothing to connect to your WiFi network and no technical setup required before deployment.
Getting started takes four steps:
- Remove the device from the box
- Download the Clear The Air app on iOS or Android
- Scan the QR code on the device
- Place or mount the device in your chosen location
The device begins monitoring and transmitting data immediately. Average setup time is under 5 minutes.
Device Placement
Place air quality monitors away from direct sunlight, air conditioning vents and external doors at head height for accurate readings. Water leak sensors sit flat on the floor under sinks, behind appliances or in plant rooms. Flood sensors mount directly above the water source. Legionella probes insert directly into pipe fittings at the point of monitoring.
