Need help with your Clear The Air device or platform? We are here to help.

Getting Started

Setting up your device. Your sensor arrives ready to activate. Simply place it in your chosen location, scan the QR code on the device using the mobile app, and it will connect automatically via NB-IoT. No WiFi configuration required.

Downloading the app. The platform is available on web, iOS and Android. Search for Clear The Air in the App Store or Google Play.

Adding multiple devices. Log in to your dashboard and select Add Device. Each device has a unique QR code and IMEI number printed on the label.

Common Questions

Why is my device not connecting? Check that the device is powered on and the LED indicator is active. NB-IoT connectivity requires network coverage in your area. If problems persist, contact our support team.

How do I set up alerts? Log in to your dashboard, select your device and click Alert Settings. You can set custom thresholds for each sensor and choose to receive alerts by push notification, email or SMS.

How do I export compliance reports? From your dashboard, select Reports and choose your date range and device. Reports can be exported as PDF or CSV for HSE, CQC, DfE or any other regulatory body.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months. After 12 months you can cancel with 30 days written notice by emailing our support team.

How do I add users to my account? From your dashboard, select Account Settings then Users. You can add unlimited users at no extra cost.
