Warranty

All Clear The Air devices are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use conditions.

What Is Covered

Hardware defects and manufacturing faults. Sensor failure under normal operating conditions. Connectivity issues caused by hardware faults.

What Is Not Covered

Physical damage caused by misuse, mishandling or incorrect installation. Water damage to devices not rated for wet environments. Damage caused by operating outside the specified temperature range. Consumable components including batteries where battery life has been reached under normal use.

Making a Warranty Claim

Contact us at support@cleartheair.es with your order number, device serial number and a description of the fault. We will respond within 1 working day. Where a warranty claim is approved we will arrange a replacement device or repair at no cost to you including return postage.

Subscriptions

The Clear The Air platform subscription is separate from the hardware warranty. Subscription terms are available at checkout and on our Plans page.
