Delivery

All Clear The Air devices are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. Express next working day delivery is available at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.

International Delivery

We deliver to all EU member states and selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a return and full refund.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

To arrange a return contact us at support@cleartheair.es with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 working day with return instructions.

Faulty Items

If your device develops a fault within the warranty period please contact us at support@cleartheair.es. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Please see our Warranty page for full details.
